Controlling a server can be a tough process. You either have to do the job on your own and dedicate your precious time to looking after your VPS, or, alternatively, you have to find a 3rd–party tool whose only mission will be to watch over your VPS server. And this is exactly where our Optional Admin Services solution will comes in real handy. With it, your Virtual Private Server will be entered in our custom–built server managing system, which will keep track of all the crucial tasks. And in case of any service problem, our server administrators will be notified instantly and they will rectify the matter as quickly as possible.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup copy of all your data is crucial – one never knows when something would go wrong. And using our Optional Admin Services option, you can enjoy weekly backups of your whole VPS, not only of your content, without you needing to install or configure anything. What’s more the backup copies are always saved on a server with many RAID–configured hard disk drives. It means that your hosted content will always be safe, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a VPS Server, you have full freedom to install any kind of script or service on your server. However, certain scripts are more difficult to install and might require some additional configuration from you. That is where our Optional Admin Services deal will come in real handy. It includes 30 minutes of installation & problem–solving duties – in other words you’ll be able to literally hire one of our trained server admins for 30 minutes and have him assist you with the installation process of any kind of application whatsoever that you desire. And/or have him fix an issue that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services package is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an optional feature for our KVM VPS Servers.
